10:00 Vaughn Beck, Edmunds County States Attorney. Consider Avera St. Lukes & Heart Hospital of SD request for ECO-257 in the amount of $6,606.63.

Approve the minutes of the June 5, 2007 meeting.

Approve the May 31, 2007 Monthly Financial Statement.

Approve Register of Deeds Statement of Fees for May 2007 - $3,731.85.

Allow Todd M. Holtz to use a county credit card for county purchases only.

Approve the Sheriff’s hiring of Ernst L. Anderson as temporary Deputy Sheriff, to work occasionally as needed, at a salary of $13.33 per hour, effective June 9^th.

Increase the salary of Benjamin L. Grams, Chief Dispatcher, to $25,405.00 per year, effective July 1, 2007.

Increase the salary of Kylee B. Frankilin, dispatcher, to $9.25 per hour or $10.00 per hour for the midnight to 8:00 a.m. shift, effective July 1, 2007.

Declare scrap steel, brass, copper and aluminum as surplus county property and allow same to be sold to Paul Mardian Company Inc.

Consider plat of Mina Tower Site in the NE¼ of Section 27, Township 123-66.

Consider publishing minutes and notices in the Pride (Bowdle’s new newspaper).

Consider increase mileage reimbursement from 32 cents per mile to the new state rate of 37 cents per mile, effective July 1, 2007.

Discuss county vehicle insurance.

Pay bills.
